Serie A Logo 2013:14 Reports in Italy are suggesting that clubs could soon see a substantial increase in broadcasting revenues with considering vastly improved offer during negotiations of the next set of television rights, if they are allowed exclusivity.

With no one yet to attempt the purchase of football rights in their entirety Sky are aiming to propose that from the 2015-16 season they alone offer various television packages to the market until the summer of 2018.

La Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting the Serie A members have already met to discuss a way forward for the league with a dedicated Serie A channel deemed unviable due to the financial resources required for operation.
