Former British Superbike champion Leon Camier is set to move into MotoGP next year with Ioda.
The 27-year-old Briton will ride a second ART machine alongside 2014 team-mate Danilo Petrucci, who enters his third straight season with the Ioda squad.
Camier claimed 19 victories en route to his 2009 BSB crown and then stepped up to World Superbikes, where he has competed for the past four seasons.
He claimed a total of nine podiums over that period, with his best championship finish of seventh coming in 2011 for the Alitalia Aprilia outfit.
Broc Parkes meanwhile has, as expected, been confirmed for the second Paul Bird Motorsport ride.
PBM, like Ioda, will compete in the Open class in 2014.
The confirmations of Parkes and Camier complete the provisional entry list for the 2014 championship.
